All packages are shipped with DHL  from our store in Amsterdam, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

For small packages outside the EU, we use UPS Express Shipping and for big packages, we use PostNL (carries parcels over to local shipping companies).

This bag is made of Susan Bijl's 300D heavy-duty waterproof fabric, which is Bluesign® certified and 100% recycled ripstop polyester, treated with a recycled TPE coating.

Lined with YULEX® natural foam rubber for optimal protection.

Straps made from hemp, a plant-based fibre.

Why hemp? Growing and processing hemp has very little harmful environmental impact compared to other natural fibres. It is a renewable fibre that grows extremely quickly and heartily in various climates, requires little water, and can benefit the soil by replenishing vital nutrients. This natural material has a coarser texture compared to our synthetic straps. We kindly advise you to be cautious when wearing delicate fabrics.

The bags can be machine washed at 30 degrees, preferably using a short program. Always wash your bags separately from other fabrics. It's best to limit washing as much as possible to avoid wearing down the fabric.

This bag has a waterproof coating that will fade with every laundry cycle. Close the zipper before washing.
