All packages are shipped with DHL  from our store in Amsterdam, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

For small packages outside the EU, we use UPS Express Shipping and for big packages, we use PostNL (carries parcels over to local shipping companies).

100% recycled wool.

The recycled wool material is a part of aiayu's circular production, where scraps and leftover fabric is beautifully transformed from waste into resources. Only high-quality and pure natural fibers are eligible for this purpose, creating new luxury yarns from existing high-end products.

Delicate dry clean only. As with all natural fibers, airing out the garment is always preferred. Spot clean with a damp cloth for minor spots. If wrinkles occur, we recommend steaming the garment. Leave on a hanger when not in use.
