All packages are shipped with DHL  from our store in Amsterdam, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

For small packages outside the EU, we use UPS Express Shipping and for big packages, we use PostNL (carries parcels over to local shipping companies).

Machine wash, aiayu recommends max 30 degrees, environment-friendly soap, no bleach, air-dry, no or low iron.
