The best news? Once the candle is gone, the bowl becomes yours to reuse and enjoy. The candle is available in two signature Brandt scents, Pine & Amber, or Ceder & Clove.
The bowls are handmade by Husk Ceramics, and poured by Brandt Kaarsen. Both their ateliers are located in Utrecht.
All packages are shipped with DHL from our store in Amsterdam, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
For small packages outside the EU, we use UPS Express Shipping and for big packages, we use PostNL (carries parcels over to local shipping companies).
The Brandt candle is made of organic soy wax, essential oils, and cotton.
The black Husk bowl is made of porcelain and fully matt-glazed on the inside and the rim. Polished on the outside. Husk's porcelain is fired at high temperatures making each piece strong and durable and perfectly microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe.

First time lighting the candle? Allow it to burn long enough for the entire surface to melt evenly—this ensures a clean and even burn. Always place the candle on a level, fire-resistant surface. Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Keep the wick centered, and be cautious: the ceramic bowl may become hot.
